02 NOVEMBER 2020 Road.cc reviewed the Fleet SLR, claiming the new road saddle from Giant is “comfortable, supportive and priced well against its competitors.” Editors gave it a near perfect 4.5-star ranking (out of 5). 25 OCTOBER 2020 Colombian Leonardo Páez defended his title at the UCI Mountain Bike Marathon World Championship race in Sakarya, Turkey, winning the elite men’s race for the second year in a row to earn the gold medal. Páez, a 38-year-old who rides for the Team Giant-Liv Polimedical team that’s based in Italy, rode his XtC Advanced SL 29 hardtail to the victory on a fast, wide-open 110km course. 12 OCTOBER 2020 CCC Team rider Mateo Trentin scored a hard-fought podium at Gent-Wevelgem, making all the decisive moves on the tough 232km route through the Flanders region of Belgium and then sprinting to a third-place finish in the 82nd edition of the race. Riding his Propel Advanced SL Disc team bike with a CADEX WheelSystem, Trentin had strong support from his CCC Team throughout the day.
