10 MARCH 2021 Giant Factory Off-Road Team rider Josh Carlson captured his second straight Australian national championship title in the men’s E-XC race in Tasmania. The 34-year-old took the lead early and held off the chasers to defend his title. 29 March 2021 Lotte Kopecky of the Liv Racing WorldTeam sprinted to a second-place finish at Sunday’s Women’s WorldTour race in Belgium. The 2021 Gent-Wevelgem UCI Women’s WorldTour race featured a 142km route with seven climbs, three gravel sections and a long flat run-in to the finish. The race was made more difficult by strong crosswinds and punctuated by several breakaway attempts early on. With 20km to go, Liv Racing’s Soraya Paladin followed a break by Elisa Longo Borghini.
