DOUBLE WIN WEEKEND IN UTAH FOR GIANT XC SQUAD!

03 MAY 2021 Giant Factory Off-Road Team riders Stephan Davoust and Luke Vrouwenvelder stormed the podiums at the Soldier Hollow Mountain Bike Festival, a UCI-ranked event in Midway, Utah, that featured short-track and XC racing. Vrouwenvelder opened things up with a win in the elite men’s short track, followed by Davoust right behind him in second. The next day it was Davoust’s turn to take the victory, capturing his first-ever UCI win in the men’s XC race. Vrouwenvelder also joined Davoust on the XC podium with a third-place finish. HSIAO WINS IRONMAN 70.3 KENTING!

TUESDAY, APRIL 27, 2021 Giant-sponsored triathlete Yu Hsiao won the Ironman 70.3 Kenting event in Taiwan following a hard-fought battle with Tuan Chun Chang, who finished less than a minute back in second place. Yu Hsiao was born in Taiwan and now lives and trains in the U.S. where he balances a pro triathlon career with his job as a mechanical design engineer in Silicon Valley, California. MONDAY, APRIL 26, 2021 Giant Factory Off-Road Team enduro racer Youn Deniaud opened his 2021 race season with a win at the Enduro Salines race in Spain. The French rider overcame a crash on the first stage to win the next two stages and take the overall victory in the Pyrenees against a strong field of pro men.
