SOBRERO WINS FINAL STAGE AT GIRO D'ITALIA!

SUNDAY, MAY 29, 2022 Matteo Sobrero put the finishing touches on the Giro d’Italia for Team BikeExchange-Jayco, winning Sunday’s final stage time trial in Verona to give the team its third stage win in the 105th edition of the Giro. The victory on home soil was the Italian’s first grand tour stage win. Sobrero, riding his Giant Trinity Advanced Pro TT machine with a CADEX WheelSystem, blitzed the 17.4km course in Verona with a time of 22:24. Thursday, May 26, 2022 Kicking off the six-day German tour on Tuesday with a powerful win by Alex Manly, Team BikeExchange-Jayco has continued to rack up the victories and leads the general classification going into the second half of the stage race. With 330 kilometers and three stages in the bag at LOTTO Thüringen Ladies Tour, Team BikeExchange-Jayco’s Alex Manly controls the race with a 22-second lead over her nearest competition in the general classification. Monday, May 23, 2022 Liv Racing Xstra concluded their Spanish racing campaign Sunday with the four-day stage race Vuelta a Burgos Feminas. The team was also present at the Veenendaal-Veenendaal Classic, a one-day race in the Netherlands on Friday. Between the two races, Liv Racing Xstra scored two podium finishes – Tereza Neumanova rode to second on the first stage of Vuelta a Burgos and Rachele Barbieri sprinted to third in Veenendaal-Veenendaal. SUNDAY, MAY 22, 2022 Giant-sponsored triathlete Gustav Iden erased the disappointment of having to miss the Ironman World Championships in St. George, Utah, by traveling back to Europe and winning “The Championship,” a prestigious middle-distance event held at the x-bionic sphere sports resort in Samorin, Slovakia.
