Over the weekend, Team BikeExchange-Jayco and Liv Racing Xstra athletes earned national titles in road and individual time trial in Trinidad and Tobago, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic.

Team BikeExchange-Jayco rider Teniel Campbell traveled home to Trinidad and Tobago to compete in ITT and road national championships. After dealing with lost luggage, Campbell put down strong performances in both races to win two national titles.

Campbell’s teammate Urška Žigart took home the Slovenian ITT title in Nove Mesto, which she last won in 2020.

“I’m really happy I got the title again,” said Žigart. “It was hard, but everything went well today and I’m really happy with it.”

For Liv Racing Xstra, Tereza Neumanova defended her road national title in the Czech Republic in rainy conditions.

“The pace was really high from the start, so it became a really hard race,” said Neumanova. “It was an active race, but it was different to race without a team. I had to control everything myself, but I am happy that it worked out and I can wear the beautiful jersey for another year.”
