Sandra Walter Makes History – First Canadian XCC Champion!

Monday, September 27, 2021 The Canadian cross country championship events took place over the weekend, beginning with the XCO (cross country Olympic) on Friday, followed by the XCC (short track) on Saturday. It was the first time Canada held a national championship XCC race. Liv Racing Collective athlete Sandra Walter rode to third in the XCO and sprinted to first on Saturday to earn the first-ever Canadian XCC championship title. Monday, September 27, 2021 Linda Indergand took her first Swiss Bike Cup win of the year at Sunday’s urban short track race in Lugano, Switzerland. Arriving back in Switzerland following the final World Cup of the season in Snowshoe, WV, USA, Linda Indergand (Liv Factory) was back to racing short track at the Swiss Bike Cup Lugano. The short urban course featured tight, technical corners, wooden ramps and rollers, one steep climb and a long downhill stair section. 21 September 2021 The 2021 World Cup season came to a close on Sunday with the XCO race in Snowshoe, West Virginia, USA. Linda Indergand placed seventh in the final race, finishing her first season with Liv Factory Racing in sixth overall.
