Mavi Garcia of Liv AlUla Jayco powered to an overall third-place finish at the UAE Tour Women. The Spanish climber's journey to the podium involved strategic teamwork, a powerful display on the queen stage, and unexpected challenges.

During the crucial queen stage to Jebel Hafeet, Garcia's Liv AlUla Jayco teammates diligently supported her, ensuring she was well-positioned for the final ascent. Garcia demonstrated her strength by applying pressure, whittling down the pack to a select few. Despite being unable to match the attacks of Neve Bradbury and Lotte Kopecky, Garcia's consistent effort secured her third place, elevating her to third in the general classification.

As the tour unfolded, the final stage brought an additional layer of complexity as a late crash threatened Garcia's podium position.
