With two days of steep, loose and rocky stages, Isabella Naughton of Liv Factory racing took home the top spot in the women’s pro race at the Big Mountain Enduro, Big Sky, Montana.

Isabella Naughton arrived back in Flagstaff, Arizona after spending nearly two months in Europe for the first four rounds of the Enduro World Series. But the Liv Factory Racing athlete didn’t stay home for long, after a week she was back on the road to Big Sky, Montana for the Big Mountain Enduro, the premier enduro series in the US.

The two-day enduro consisted of eight stages and nearly 9,000 ft of descending with a combination of loamy dirt, roots, rocks, high speed singletrack, natural features and tight switchbacks. Naughton rode consistently on the first day. At the end of Saturday’s four stages, she had three second-place finishes and a win on stage 4 under her belt, trailing first place by just nine seconds. Kicking off day two with another stage win, Naughton reeled back time on each stage to take the win by seven seconds aboard her Liv Hail Advanced.

“I decided last minute to head to the Big Mountain Enduro Series race in Big Sky, Montana for extra practice before the second half of the EWS season,” said Naughton. “I always have so much fun at these races and they are always proper enduro race days. This weekend’s stages were steep, Rocky, rooty and dry and it was crucial to stay consistent against all the fast pro ladies.”
